Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Hanoi arrival and check in your hotel in Hanoi Downtown. Today is free for you to explore the bustling city on your own. Meals are on your own and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi – Duong Lam Village (B, L)
Morning pickup for a drive to Duong Lam ancient village where you can see the more than 100-year-old houses and join a biking tour following winding roads to visit the pagoda, communal house, and the temples of Vietnamese Kings Ngo Quyen and Phung Hung. Take time to sip tea and listen to stories told by villagers. Savor a delicious traditional lunch before returning to Hanoi. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong (B, L, D)
In the morning, pick up and transfer to Halong. You will join a cruise trip at noon and enjoy hearty lunch onboard. In the afternoon, join a guided excursion to the Amazing Cave within 40mins. Return to the boat. Dinner and overnight on boat.
Day 4: Halong – Hanoi (B, L)
Wake up early to enjoy Tai Chi session and great breakfast before we head to TiTop Island. You can either choose to swim or capture stunning view on top of the island there. Lunch included. The cruise returns to the pier. Disembark and you will be transferred back to Hanoi. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi – Fly to Danang – Hoian (B)
After breakfast, pick up and transfer to Noi Bai airport for your flight to Danang. Upon arrival, our driver will take you to Hoian. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Hue.
Day 6: Hoi An – Tra Que Cooking Class (B, L)
After breakfast, explore Hoian’s colorful central market by bicycle to greet locals and learn about the ingredients for your cooking class later. The journey continues with visit to Tra Que Village for a rest and enjoying welcome drinks. From there, you can observed local farmers’ daily tasks and then join a cooking class. Enjoy meal by yourself. Return to your hotel. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Hoian.
Day 7: Hoian Free Day (B)
Free day in Hoian. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Hoian
Day 8: Hoi An – Danang – Fly to Ho Chi Minh City – Sightseeing (B)
Today, take a morning flight to Saigon. We will provide you an exciting city tour to various city highlights namely the Reunification Palace, Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, War Museum and Ben Thanh Market where you can buy a lot of items and try to bargain like locals. Meals are on your own and overnight in Saigon.
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta day trip (Ben Tre) – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
This morning, you depart from Saigon to Ben Tre to visit small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Stop to visit a quiet village and get on “xe loi”, a popular mode of transport in the region. Enjoy lunch before a biking trip through surrounding fields and then a sampan trip along picturesque canals. Back to the port to visit Ben Tre local market. Return to Saigon. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Saigon.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)
Free day before your flight home. End of service.
