9 days 8 nights to uncover the best of Vietnam, from Hanoi – a thousand years of civilization to Halong Bay – the well-known UNESCO Heritage Site, Danang’s alluring beaches, and Hoi An’s striking architectural sites and rich culture.
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi downtown. Overnight inHanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour
Start a full day Hanoi City tour at 9AM. You will visit Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shore of West Lake. Then, explore Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university before having lunch. In the afternoon, visit train street (optional) before admiring the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple on an island in the middle of Hoan Kiem Lake. End the city tour. Overnight at your hotel (booked by travelers).
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise (L, D)
Pick up at your hotel between 8:15 – 8:45 am. Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier, embark on Amanda Halong Cruise. Enjoy lunch while the ship cruises to Halong Bay. The first stop is Luon Cave where you can kayak or sit leisurely on a sampan boat rowed by a local and enjoy the stunning view. Return to the boat and move to Ti Top Island for hiking and swimming at the beach. Back onboard at around 17:30 and participate in Sunset party & cooking class with Happy Hour at the bar (Buy 2 get 1 drink free). Enjoy dinner and evening activities such as massage (extra charge), herbal wood foot bath in your room (free of charge 01 herbal bag for each cabin), bamboo dancing, fashion show traditional costumes “Footsteps of Heritage” or fish squid. Overnight onboard.
Day 4: Halong Bay Cruise – Hanoi (B, L)
Take part in a Tai Chi session on the top deck to refresh your body and mind. Enjoy a light breakfast before the 2nd excursion. Visit Surprise Cave – the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Back onboard, check out your cabin. Enjoy the early buffet lunch onboard while the ship cruises back to the pier. Disembark at around 11:00 am. Arrive in Hanoi at around 2:00 – 2:30pm. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi – Fly to Danang
Pick up from your hotel at 12:00 and transfer to the airport. You catch your flight to Danang. Then, you enjoy your free time. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Danang.
Day 6: Danang – Bana Hills – Golden Bridge
At 9.00 am our guide and driver pick you up from the hotel in Danang. Fisrtly, you will visit Ba Na hill which is around 30 km from Danang city center. Take a cable car to reach the top of the mountain and visit hotspots such as Bynight by train, Debay wine tunnel (with extra charge), Le Jardin D’amour flower garden, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca buddish statue, etc. Have lunch in Ba Na. In the afternoon, you can join activities and games in Fantasy Park such as free falling tower, dinosaur park, maze, etc (extra fee). Walk to the top of the mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong tower and Golden Bridge. Get on cable car back and car transfers you to Da Nang city. Overnight in Danang.
Day 7: Danang – Hoi An Walking Tour – Danang
At 9:00 am, visit My Son Sanctuary – the ruins of the Champa Kingdom. Transfer to Hoi An. Here you will join an easy walking tour around the ancient town and visit typical sites namely Japanese Bridge, Chinese Temple, Tan Ky Chinese-style trading house, and Phuc Kien Pagoda. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in the hotel in Danang.
Day 8: Danang – Hoi An – Free at leisure – Danang
Today, you are free to explore Hoi An. Transfer and pick up to Hoi An by our driver.Overnight in Danang.
Day 9: Danang Departure
Transfer to the airport for the departure flight. Catch your flight back home.
