Depart from Hanoi:
If you plan to visit Halong Bay – the UNESCO World Heritage Site but you don’t know how to get from Hanoi to Halong Bay. To solve this issue, we supply Halong Pelican shuttle bus depart from Hanoi every morning and please reconfirm us your hotel address in Ha Noi Old Quarter one day before departure. It takes you about 4 hours to Ha Long Bay, including stop over for refreshment.
Passenger can take their private car to Ha Long Bay from Ha Noi about 4 hrs.
Depart from Noi Bai airport (Ha Noi) to Ha Long Bay about 3.5 hrs by your private car
Passenger may takes private sea plane to Ha Long Bay from Ha Noi by Cessna Grand Caravan 208B – E of 12 seats, it takes you only 30’ to Ha Long Bay.

Depart from Hai Phong:
There is a daily ferry from Cat Ba island (HaiPhong) to Tuan Chau island(our marina station located) about 1 hr, so visitor can take a ferry to Tuan Chau island and join our boats.
Depart from Cat Bi airport (HaiPhong) to Ha Long Bay about 1.5 hrs by private car.
Every International Cruise Ship could get in Hon Gai International port in Ha Long city and the passenger just join in cruise ship in Ha Long Bay directly at this port.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Services are cancelled by the client
In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees should be paid:
More than 45 days prior to check-in No cancellation charge
From 45 to 10 days prior to check-in 50% of total price
10 days prior to check-in or No-show 100% of total price
This fee scheme counts for all services booked at Pelican Cruises. Refunding the client is done by banking transfer; the party who cancels pays the banking fee.

2. Services are cancelled by Pelican Cruises
Pelican Cruises will only cancel the contract if dramatic problems like natural disasters, epidemics, political problems, etc., may occur. In this case, clients will be refunded the total sum of booked services. Should there are any rising services during that time, clients will pay basing on the actual amount.
Cancellation by weather conditions (controlled and informed by local authority)
Without prior notice, the cruise trip could be postponed, shortened or cancelled due to unexpected bad weather, including storm/ typhoon (summer), cyclone, thunder storm, foggy days (winter), monsoon (winter)… The cruise operation is out of Pelican Cruise’s control under these weather issues.

CHILDREN POLICY
– One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
– One child from 5 to 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing beds.
– One older child or adult is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
