Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – City Tour

Saigon arrival. You will then join a fantastic city tour around the downtown to the Reunification Palace, Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral. The journey continues with visit to War Museum and Ben Thanh market where you can buy souvenirs and interesting items. Try a fresh experience of bargaining like locals. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta Day Trip (Ben Tre) – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)

Today, you will drive from Saigon to Ben Tre via Rach Mieu Cable stayed Bridge and take time to visit small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Have a fresh experience on “xe loi” (motorized trishaw), a popular mode of transport in the region. Lunch included in a riverside restaurant. After lunch, join a biking tour and a sampan trip along the canals. Back to Ben Tre local market and then return to Saigon. Dinner on your own and overnight in Saigon.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Fly to Danang – Hoian – Walking Tour (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for morning flight to Danang by our driver. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hoian. The whole afternoon is for exploring Hoian town on foot. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 4: Hoi An – Boat Trip – Free At Leisure (B)

After breakfast, get on a boat to a nearby island where you can visit a handicraft village specializing in ceramics. Enjoy free time on your own. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 5: Hoi An – Free At Leisure (B)

Today, you are free to enjoy the time on your own. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An – Danang – Fly to Hanoi – City Tour (B)

This morning, take a flight to Hanoi. You will then be charmed by a fascinating city tour around Hanoi with sites include the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam and 2-hour walking tour to the Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter with the highlight of Dong Xuan Market. Back to your hotel. Meals are on your own and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi – Halong (B, L)

Today, continue your journey to the scenic Halong Bay for a cruise trip at noon. Greet the cruise and then enjoy a hearty lunch on board. In the afternoon, spend about 40 mins visiting Amazing Cave – the most beautiful cave in Halong with a lot of stalagmite & stalactite formations. Return to the boat and relax. Dinner on your own and overnight on board.

Day 8: Halong – Hanoi Departure (B, L)

You should wake up early to attend Tai Chi class. After lunch, you will visit TiTop Island where you can choose to swim or capture stunning view of Halong Bay by joining a short trek to the top of the island. Back to the boat and check out the cabin. Lunch will be served while the cruise returns to the pier. Disembark and transfer to Hanoi airport for your departure flights. End of service.
