Day 1: Arrive to Ho Chi Minh City
Arrive in Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be then welcomed and transfer to your hotel in Saigon. Free at the rest of the day. Meals are on your own.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel (B, L)
Start off your day with an enticing guided day tour around Saigon Downtown to Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum. After lunch, continue your excursion to Cu Chi tunnel, 60km from Saigon. The region is well-known for the network of over 200km of tunnels during Vietnam War. After an hour of exploring the tunnles, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war) before returning to Saigon. Dinner is on your own and overnight at your hotel in Saigon.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Ben Tre – Can Tho (B, L)
Today you will transfer to Ben Tre (~2.5 hours) and take a boat trip to visit typical workplaces including a small brickwork atelier, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Lunch will be served in a nice riverside restaurant. Relax on a sampan riding along the picturesque canals. Continue to drive to Can Tho. Dinner on your own and overnight in Can Tho.
Day 4: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Saigon (B, L)
Check out your hotel in the early morning and then board a motor-boat for a visit to Cai Rang floating market. You will have chance to see the famous Binh Thuy ancient house, the recoding site for the romantic film ‘The Lover’. Back to Saigon and enjoy lunch on the way. Dinner on your own and overnight in Saigon.
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City – Transfer to Mui Ne – Beach Stay (B)
In the morning, pick up and transfer to Mui Ne by our driver. Arrive to Mui Ne, free at the rest of the day for beach vacation (relaxing). Meals are on your own. Overnight in Mui Ne.
Day 6: Mui Ne Free Day (B)
Free day in Mui Ne. Meals are on your own. Overnight in Mui Ne
Day 7: Mui Ne – Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)
Free until transfer back to Saigon airport by our driver for your departure flight. Trip ends.
